No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. InfinityMods does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges on any products under any circumstances.
Why We Have This Policy
All products sold by InfinityMods are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been delivered it cannot be returned. This policy exists to protect against fraud and misuse.
Before You Buy
We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, compatibility, or how it works, please contact our support team via Discord before buying. We are happy to answer questions.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in an immediate and permanent ban from InfinityMods. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will dispute all illegitimate claims with full transaction evidence.
Support
While we do not offer refunds, we do offer support for products that are not functioning as described. If you believe your product is faulty or was not delivered correctly, open a support ticket and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
